Front Direction Indicator Bulb!

I'm trying to replace the front left indicator bulb (as viewed from drivers seat) without having to remove the headlight or airbox housing!!

I believe the bulb holder can be removed in situ by turning it anticlockwise, but mine wont shift & I'm worried I'll break the plastic tang off the damn thing.

Is there a knack to removing it (i.e. does it need to be pushed/pulled at the same time) or is it just very, very stiff?

Cheers

I am not sure with yours but I would say press it in and at the same time turn anticlockwise
