My Dad's FR TDI seems to have developed a fuel leak. You can see diesel on the rear wing as if it's sloshing out of the filler neck. It's gone in to the dealer's today (again).:(
Not noticed this with mine (Cupra TDI), and never heard it mentioned as a common Leon fault - anyone else had this problem?

Just a thought - but is it only when first move off? LCR's do this with build up of water. I know petrol is obvious as opposed to water but not sure if this would be a connection?

When I start my car up on a hill anice pool of water spills out. At least I think it is water.

think you talking about a different issue. ie consensation on the rear window.

in this case it does sound like there is an issue with the filler cap/pipe seal.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but this is exactly what is happening with my leon. What did Seat do to resolve it in the end?
