Ok Managed to find a problem with part of the engine harness, got my spark back now : ). But now have an issue with my fuel pump and injectors. Only have a 3V feed, 9V volt drop : (. Briged a feed across too Fuse 7 witch is for the fuel pump and injectors and got the thing running again. However would like to know where my 9 Volts is going any ideas?

Used a scan tool (Torque) and got the following faults
1. P1227 - CYL.3 FUEL INJ.CIRC. SHORT TO GROUND
2. P1228 - CYL.4 FUEL INJ.CIRC. SHORT TO GROUND
3. P1238 - CYL.2 FUEL INJ.CIRC. SHORT TO GROUND
4. P1425 - TANK VENT. VALVE SHORT TO GROUND
5. P1117 - 02 SENSOR HEATER CIRC. SHORT TO GROUND
6. P1421 - SEC. AIR INJ. SYS. PUMP RELAY. SHORT TO GROUND
7. P1289 - TURBOCHARGER BYPASS VALVE. SHORT TO GROUND

When I disconect the larger plug on the ECU the Volt drop goes, any help would be great...

Fuel pump Relay – The fuel pump relay is located under the driver’s side kick panel. Remove the lower panels to gain access to the relay box. When the fuel pump relay goes bad it will trigger many fault codes with electrical shorts to ground. The fuel pump relay is also used to turn on the injectors, and will show injector short to ground failures. If you open your door you hear the pump kick on, if the pump no longer kicks on, and you experience these codes repeatedly, replace the fuel pump relay. - Posted by Forbez

This sounds like my fault, which replay is for the fuel pump relay?

check all your fuses are ok, i recently had all the same fault codes and it was caused by one of the engine management fuses being blown, think its a 10amp fuse, cant remember where though

Just to mention what happened to me...few years ago my car just died during driving..
I dont remeber correctly, but i think it was injector fuse or fuel pump fuse..changed it and it just blew again few hours later..
The problem was in the electric wire that supplies injector.
There was few mm of insulation missing and occasionally it shorted to valve cover...blowing up the fuse.

Ok I've checked the fuses all good, and with the coil and Injector harness disconnected I still only have 3V to the fuel pump and injector fuse. It only goes when I disconnect the larger plug on the ECU??? Im still unsure what relay controls the fuel pump and injectors.

Thanks mate, the relay I was after is labeled 167. But thats working fine, Im going to do some more wiring checks tomorrow.
