Simply is say Seat will rip you off .could try your local auto electrician could be cheaper.

No its just a metal box that has a sticker on it saying auto motive. To b honest I've just thought now it can't be that cause it was working wen I went to work this morning. Just thought. So bit of a weird one

Not sure what the box could be. Sometimes the Start/ Stop control unit is underneath the seat but I don't think your Leon would have that. Could it be an old insurance 'black box' from the previous keeper?

Auto electrician mate. Electric gremlins. My mates old mk3golf had electric issues and the garage said that vag cars suffer from electric gremlins. My mums old Audi a4 had a weird stereo too

I was gonna take it back the garage I bought it from but I honestly don't think they will av a clue bout all that stuff. Thinking bout taking it to seat but know it cost me

Might be worth just pulling out the head unit and checking the wiring.

Had that problem once in the Audi where there was no sound and you couldn't control the volume but restarting seemed to fix.

How do I restart it. I wouldn't av an igloo how to pull out the head unit. Gonna take it back to dealer n see Wat he says. If not I'll go to an auto electrician
