FULL-LED headlight dipped beam misaligned in relation to the other headlight

Did I see that the LEDs are 18W units? Eg...Halogens are usually 55W, Xenons 35/25W units, and Seat's LEDs are 18W?

Got to work it out, but as it stands the 18w seems to be wrong. It’s to do with how the LEDs are wired up and the current draw from each.
