how do u get through mot's with de-cat jw as im lookin into exhausts and see if u have turbo back and de-cat thats the most performance gain from an exhaust is that right?
 
through photobucket i think mate, dont put it to close to the pipe or it will just distort. put it at a distance and pop a few revs, try and get a drive by, if thats ok, im just worried now, might get a centre box.
 
so are they just like 4-6 bolts and u keep ur cat bolt on bolt off sort of thing does it change fuel economy much or anything
 
yes BUT, the most down pipes are 1 pipe, the standard one branches to 2 pipes, so your old cat wont fit, so you can change the whole thing back inc down pipe for mot or buy a sports cat.

im only bothered if its ridiculous change like on a previous car i was noticing a massive difference for some noise lol

well depending on how close you are the the person that is doing the MOT to your car see if they will do the emissions in another car.....hehehe

cant really get a feel for how loud it is but i suppose you can here the sound it makes.

i'l try and do a drive by wen i can get a mate to record me. need to remember tho i shouldnt be booting it with it running lean dont want to blow it up before i get it mapped.
