Gear stick

I have just put a new gear stick in my Ibiza but the clamp that hold the knob tight just won't go any tighter so the stick is stil moviving, is there anything else I can use and where can I get it from.

I bought the chrome seat sport one, it fits but the clamp is rubbish.

Also I bought a c2 aeriel, it screws in but the reception is crap, do I need to change the ends over.

You just push down really hard on the gearknob.
It should clunk into place. Mine never moved after that, I didnt use a clip.
