Gear stick

Hello. I’m looking at replacing my gear stick and boot as mine is worn out and the leather is falling apart. I was wondering what ones either golf Audi etc would fit straight in with no problems.

I do not know about direct replacement, there are cheap ones on eBay that I ended up not buying. I got a momo anatomica gear knob and a stitch boot shift boot. The shift boot was super easy to install because it has an elastic band around the base that just fitted onto the bracket. Here is a picture of what it looks like, I can provide more details if needed.
