I'm looking to replace the gearbox on my 2004 225 Cupra R as its getting a bit tired now I think, which gearbox code would it have? FML or FZQ??

Gearbox oil change makes the world of a difference! Try that first

Layshaft bearing needs changing in 3rd gear and the other gears are generally Whiney, had gearbox oil changed a month ago and made no difference, bought good stuff from opie as well
