Gearbox oil change issues

Hi everyone

I got the gearbox oil changed on my car.

It's more notchy now and it's harder to change gears especially when coming down through the gears. Shouldn't it be smoother?

It's also leaking. So 2 thoughts either the full plug's not been tightened up correctly or it's overfilled (but would it leak if it was overfilled?). The oil used was mannol 8103.

Is that the gerarbox with two drain points which requires topping up via the reverse light switch

Yes it is. I'm not sure if the garage drained both.

I'll need to check with the garage. I just found out recently it's this gearbox.
