All dotted about so its just local meets really. Would be nice but, would take some organising thats for sure :D

Ha ha ha I have aquired a rather useless strutbrace. Is it wrong to put it on my car anyways ? Im thinking of stripping it back and having it plain polished as I have grown a bit of a perchant for cleaning my manifold cover and engine bay !!! Yes it may be an automatic engine but, it doesnt mean a girl cant take a little pride in it !! tee hee hee :D

TGG - dont worry i am a master of aquiring things at shows or coming home with a load of stuff i didnt really need ie - a front GTi antiroll bar ( i have now since sold it on as theres no point in it lying in the garage ) ive now got a GTi interior arriving soon and a couple of other parts . meets are great but i really should stop taking my wallet with me

I managed to sell my strut brace that didn't fit - only to be replacing it with one that should, as soon as I get round to it....along with more strut braces, ARBs, bushes, etc etc etc. I forsee an expensive garage trip next year some time

;) wait and ye shall see

oh and im sending the winter wheels away for powdercoat on monday but im still not sure on what colour! i could go for the colour thats similar to what they are like just now but then they would be a shade blueish compaired to the paint , theres sparkley silver , black ( but im not to keen on black )

I like the sound of the 'bluey tinge' ones. Think black would look too harsh and silver would look odd. Are you going for the pearlescent finish ? Im glad Im not the only one who aquires pointless things for my car :D

see i am bad enough at making my mind up at times and now i have a time limit to make a decision ARGH!!! i think im kinda swaying towards the sparkley silver which is near as damn it the same colour as the standard arosa s alloys colour

its more the way if i went for the non-sparkley aluminium it would look a fraction bluey and my car 9times out of 10 looks hint sandy brown so would look gash , that as well as i have started to like having bright silver wheels ( not chrome , i hate chrome ) actually , sod it  ill powder coat them sparkley silver , if i dont like it , ill get them redone , for £100 for all 4 you cant complain

£100 [B)] I wouldnt be complaining either really. From the sounds of your car you might be better off going with the silver.

I thought I would bring this back to the top to allow these new Arosa owners to have a chat and get to know everyone :)

I also wanted to say *yay* I got my Arosa's bearing fixed today, much better :D

Ah be nice and quiet now is it?

I know i had two go an once on my first car, sounded like it had sand in the driveshafts or something

I've had two go now - first one was 6 months after the van went into the back of me, the repair garage didn't bother replacing it!! But at least they replaced it for free as they agreed it should have been done at the time :)

At least now I know the rear should be fine for a few more years to come - its the front I've got to worry about now!

I didn't notice how loud it had got though! I guess it sneaks up on you over time.
