Been done, some say it works, some disagree.
Causes engine management lights.
Some people have had no probs, but it seems that it doesnt affect cars that haven't been remapped as much as it affects cars that have been.
I hate to admit it but Im a little boy racer at heart but don't want to mess up the fueling on the car so not gonna fit something that is going to do so.
From what I have read then if I replace the Bosch DV with a Forge Recirc and install a aftermarket induction kit will I hear any sort of chatter/dump noise without the car being remapped ??

no, thats them cars, these cars are designed to vent via the DV, if it cant if falls back onto the wastegate(chatter) , if you dont replace your dv expect your turbo and go bang pretty soon
some cars have chattering wastegates, these dont, and are not meant to, if it chatters, its BAD!!
different engine altogether mate, some can, some cant, these cant
on the 200sx i would think it chatters due to it not having a dv, but i dont know that engine so dont quote me on it

Ahhh Wastegate chatter is quality! Much better than Dump Valves!

disonnect the vac hose off the top of the dv where it connects to the n249 valve next to the intercooler piping over the engine. SOUNDS GREAT
the only downside is you'll lose half ya boost because the dv opens all the time and essentially vents atmospheric and these engines dont want to...so why bother trying!!!! FFS

Hey my mate had the GFB on his mk4 golf, it worked ok before he got it mapped but after revo it couldn't cope the spring was too soft and leaked boost. I bought the Turbosmart one you can adjust the spring which vents both ways. I eventually blanked the atmospheric end off! Better just sticking to Forge dv

Alot of people decide to go for the Baileys BV30, its essentially a re-circ valve but is louder than the Forge 007P, I have run both with no problems...its not MASSIVELY loud but you can hear it well... get an induction kit on and an uprated TIP, plus more boost, you'll be in heaven fella
