Glovebox lid?

Anyone know how to remove the glovebox lid?

When you say lid, which part do you mean?

Im guessing you don't mean the door, cuz you would have said door

So do you mean the bit of the dash that sits above the glove box, or the top of the internal part of the glove box?

Can you even take the lid off?

I would suggest taking the whole glovebox part of the dash out. There should be screws on the side behind the dash side panel and a couple in the glove box. Remember to release the airbag swich cable before removing.

if you remove whole glovebox, then with lid open at each side there are pins pushed in! yank them out and bobs etc!

Sorry yes, it's the actual front lid/door I'm talking about, with the handle on it to open it, I want to remove it without breaking anything!

I know it is a bit late, but to help with people doing a 'search' it is a mega pain to get the door off......it is possible to do it and not break it, but you have to be patient, careful and have the balls to try it lol
