Glow plugs replace

Hi folks,
I'm new on this forum.
Just have few questions about my altea stylance 1.9 pdtdi 2005,
Bought that car few weeks ago from stealler :)
and had few worried things like:
drove 60-70mph and car start tumbleing but not stering wheel.
diagnose: rear wheel out of balance
solution: ballanced whole 4 and is like new now :)

another thing is typical for that model sa there is a problem with start on hot engine.
went to ac-man and diagnose no faults so then went to another local garage and man who diagnosed my car said as whole glow plugs on cylinders have to be replace.
I was digging on this forum and never found replace glow plugs as solution with that situation. mostly was re-maping or starter or temp sensor.
have booked in for tomorrow morning and will see.

another thing is about clutch pedal vibration, appera when press it lightly only, no hassle with start or stop motor, no shaking , no metal sound - it;s normal or dual mass wheel o even clutch is nearly done ?

last annoying thing is about heating wing mirrors.
works fine and just stop yesterday, btw folding ok, and rear windscreen heated with no problem.

one more thing - timing belt.
car has 105k milles done, and timing belt been replaced at 60k dealer said as is no need to be replace with another 30k milles.
before i bought that car dealer said as he will replace timing belt, and do the full service as well in that price.
finaly i've got service done olny .
car is still on dealer warranty so should i back to him and as for t-belt replace ? coz i dont think as wait another 30k milles will be very resonable and safe.

sorry for my english :(

Thanks guys for any answers.
cheers

Do not replace the glowplugs in an effort to help hot starting. It'as not your glowplugs that are faulty. Possibly temperature sensor, but not the glowplugs.

Clutch pedal vibration could be dual mass flywheel, or clucth. If it gets worse then replace them both I suggest.

Timing belt interval is 80k miles (look in your service handbook and see) although many people get it done at 60k miles. If they were supposed to do it as a condition of the sale then get them to do it I say. It's gonna cost you £250 at least when it does need doing.

Min £250 to do cambelt and I be suspicious of that as parts are £120+
Cambelt 80k OR 5 years. Time/age is a much a factor as milage.
Glowplugs only help a cold engine, not hot.
Try an ecu reset. Has diesel filter been changed?
