golf lowering springs

anybody know if golf springs are the same as the toledo?

found a couple of sets on ebay, both for tdi, just wondering if they're the same, cos ther pretty cheap and im a tight arse lol

Not sure of the answer but there seems to be a similar thread further down this forum if that helps

i think the one furthur down is for the mk1, hence why i started this one for the mk2

springs

normally no as the rear springs wouldn't be the correct spring rate but bora ones fit ok

but the will fit ok.. just mite sit slightly lower at the rear than what they would do in a golf..

and chances is if you buy springs being told they are for a toledo there prob exactly the same.
