Hi all as title says really, I've got a couple of knackered tyres (old) on the Leon and they keep losing air, I like the VW Golf Montreal rims which should be straight fit on as they're both 5 x 100 ET35-42 between them
I know the lower higher the number the more the wheel is set in towards the hub but what's playing on my mind is the J of the wheels.
The LC is a 7J et42 but the Montreal is a 6.5 J, Will they still fit? The car's a Prefacelift Leon so only has smaller brakes
I'm assuming I'd be able to use the OEM wheel bolts as they're the same family etc just wanted to make sure they'd fit before I bought them is all
Any help appreciated (I can't find any decent 17's I like within budget )
Thanks
