Hi, I had a crash in my FR and it took them 12 weeks to get the car back to me, even though it was a very minor crash. his was seats's fault as the repairer had to wait for parts.
Anyway, I complained to SEAT UK and, to be honest, they were really good. keeping me up to date and shipping it by air rather than sea when the part eventually was manufactured.
I asked for a free service for the inconvenience caused and they've given me one.
Here comes the problem. Do I have the free service at my next service (50k) or pay for this one and get the free service on (60k).
Obviously I'd prefer the 60k for free, but they've already sent the letter out and it's dated and says "your next service will be carried out free of charge".
Do you think i can get away with waiting till my 60k service?
PS. I have to say that the guys at the SEAT call centre were great. constantly keeping me up to date and phoning virtually every day. I was pleasantly surprised!
