to be honest it sounds like their rolling road is a mile out?! A standard 130 is around 140 to 150?!every rolling road will give a different result, even the best!
so if we do a bit of maths...... the rolling road is 20hp out.......so really they are getting 165bhp, which suprisingly is about what everyone else seems to get!
Not necessarily. These engines can give this in standard trim, and it's not because the r-r might be optimistic. In can be down to the operator though and accuracy of the equipment which needs recalibrating every so often.
VW engines have proved good performers once they are thoroughly run-in. 140-150 at flywheel given the right atmospheric conditions is common place.
