I would not drill the box if I were you.
far better to remove the snorkel and replace with 20 inches of 90mm flexible ducting, costing about £20. Makes much more difference than drilling the box!

where to you buy the cleaner and the oil. going to fit mine at weekend and drill air box at same time!!!

you should be able to get it from the same place you buy the filter. If not direct from greenfilters.com. Or just buy it in 5k miles, when it'll need it, thats my plan;)

most places sell the oil , even halfrauds, , mine was pre oiled popped it in job done,

was thinking about bigger ducting and smothing the airbox internally , which lots of posts suggests its a better performancecheap mod to do

The green panel filters come pre-oiled. They do not come with oil unless you state you want it, which costs you extra. It just a case of removin your OEM filter and popping in the new one as below:
