GT2X Owners (Matt? lol)

Just wondering how many people have ordered a GT2X kit, and how long you had to wait? Last person I know to get it only waited a week and he got it from the US ages ago, but I know since then a UK Distributor has arisen.

Main question is how long did it take for the kit to be delivered, what were the costs and where from??

Yeh, I thought Star and AET Turbo's were supplying them?

As for AM04, I paid for my Stage 2 Turbo, High-Flow Manifold, LCR Tip, 440cc Injectors & 3" MAF Tube on the 1st of August, and was told of a 14 day delivery time. I was told last week by Mike that everything was to be delivered mid this week, and on Monday was informed by Adam that they are awaiting the manifolds!?!?

After this month I'll have little to no time to fit the parts untill March next year, I've got my final holidays used up this month expecting the Turbo to have been here by now. I've already had to cancel the mapping once already as well as wasting holidays I had booked at the end of August!

If I can get GT2X fast I may have to go this route so I can get everything fitted whilst I'm off! Or I can hope and prey that a miricle will happen and the manifolds will arrive with A&M over the next 2 days.

Hmm... what about your exhaust manifold how long did that take? The one thing I'm waiting for from A&M is the manifold, but I'm not going to fit and map the turbo without it!

Getting a bit frustrated at the moment, if I can get a GT2X + Manifold sharpish I may have to change what route I was going down.

matt - for £999 what do you get with that? if you already had say, exhaust, filter, 4 bar fpr, downpipe, dv, intercooler etc, could you order that turbo kit, get it fitted and mapped and that would be it? sorry i'm new to all this! i had peugeots for 3 years!

Well regarding my AM04 conversion just took delivery of the following parts;

- Forge TIP
- 440cc Injectors
- 3" MAF Tube

Looks like the wheels are finally in motion, now I am waiting on the following parts;

- Carbon Spacers (for Injectors)
- Stage 2 Turbo + Fitting Kit
- High-Flow Manifold + Fitting Kit

And as long as there here pretty sharpish I'll be happy, I have till the 30th October to get everything and fit it, wonder if it'll happen?

Think Star stocks manifolds aswell, £ 300, it looks identical to AM version.

You get the turbo, oil lines, water line for loop, bolts and gaskets. Everything to fit it except you would would need S3 TIP aswell and S3 injectors.

Bolt it all on and get mapped.

s3 injectors are the expensive part of this arent they? circu £300 notes? i work for bosch so im going to look into getting these for a reduced price, anyone got a part no. for them? i dont mind supplying them for people!

I would be interested in getting S3 injectors i think the part no. is (06a 906 031 BC). I am also looking for a S3 MAF if it was possible.

hiya rasta - do you know the bosch part no.? ideally need one in front of you to check as the part no's in work will probably be bosch part no's not manufacturers

Or you could go 440cc Injectors w/ OEM 3 Bar FPR, it's the route I've choosen.
