Absolutely. :censored:

Having fitted a Neuspeed ARB and powerflex wishbone bushes yesterday, I drove to work concentrating on how the car was handling. Because of this, I forgot to adhere to my self imposed 5500 rev limit when I came upon a Focus ST who thought he could get away from me.

Traction control light came on, I thought I might have caught an ABS sensor or something when working on the car yesterday. I plugged in the laptop at lunchtime and 0 g/sec is the answer, along with the usual fault code.

I must now explore ECP's warranty system.

Have you ever tried to investigate why you're killing so many MAF's and what you can do to put it right?

Rob, I am absolutely convinced that the MAFs are burning out through being 'maxed-out'. When more air flows through them than they are designed to cope with, they fail. The remedy is to avoid high rpm / maximum bhp situations ..... (and go BT so I don't have to use LC MAFs any more)

BT... that's one heck of an extreme solution to a MAF problem

Shame you can't simply plug in a MAF from a different car as a stop-gap solution. When are you going BT?

The car is mapped to suit that MAF - a change would throw the mapping out. Other alternatives - another Remap other than Revo = ££££££.

The longer my house remains unsold and I stay in the UK, the more likely it is I'll give in to temptation and go BT. :D Once the house is sold, I need a LHD French truck for a year.

What size is the MAf dave? Would it be worth changing the elemnt from a different car or something ?

70mm I think Phil - same as yours?
