Looking at it now after 50 miles I think its dropped a bit. If it stays dry over the weekend I'll give it a wash and take another pic.

Looks like they should out of the factory. How would you compare them to the ride comfort of the eibachs?

Been out again today and its def dropped a bit more.
As for ride quality its better than my eibach sportlines were and I'm on 19s instead of 18s on my last car(pre facelift fr).
I think facelift cars have better shocks so maybe sportlines are ok on facelift shocks?
I'm very pleased it looks so much better and the wheels now fill the arches great.

Fire a few more pics up when you get a chance lol. Possibly my next purchase in the new year. Sits perfect on the 19's

well the weathers been terrible so never had chance to clean the car and take a picture.
Took this one today to show the height the car has settled at after 400 miles, although its dirty.

It's settled to a really nice height. Looks like it's lower than my FR on Sportlines but could just be the 19" wheels that give that appearance.

Do you know the spec of the wheels on it? I'm considering 19's for mine.

Potenzas are 19x8 ET53 as far as I know.

Sorry for dragging this up, but I'm going to be getting some lowering springs to go onto my standard shocks (2010 1.2tsi s) and wanted an updated opinion into the sport lines or h&r springs? I also noticed awesome gti sell Apex springs suitable for the leon mk2, anyone had any experience with them?

Cheers :)

The H&R springs wil give more of a level drop where as the Eibach Sportlines give a more nose down stance. Both good options but the Eibachs are the more popular choice with forum members. As for the Apex springs they're more of a starter range but still good value for money.

Let me know if you need any info or prices.

Thanks for that, my car has the standard bumpers on it still so the Eibachs may be better to give the standard front bumper a more aggressive look to it.
How much are the sport lines and H&Rs?

My sportlines are higher at the front than back this is proberly due to it having a light 1.4 engine so if h&r are more of a level drop i'd do sportlines plus there cheaper ;)

The different models will have different spring rates to compensate for this though so how is it higher at front? Are the definately sportlines (red springs) and not pro kit (black springs)?
