H3 LED Fog bulbs?

Hi,

Has anyone swapped out their foglight bulbs for LED H3 bulbs? Just wondering as I can't see any canbus H3 LED bulbs so guessing I only need normal LED H3 bulbs?

What makes you think they are h3? I thought this an then found i was wrong..... Pics show h3 osram NBplus vs a bulb i have never seen before (oem) they are not nice to remove or put back in either

Its worth checking before you buy! Normal led types will almost definetly not work or show bulb out warning!

Pre FL Fogs are definately H3 Lights as I changed mine a month or so ago with NB Plus'. The manual even states this but the above pics bare to differ :S

I used the powerbulbs website which told me they are H3 (I have pre-FL) Not sure whether to try LED or not.

My manual says dealer should do it and doesnt say which bulb...bah!! Iv Got some osrams for sale then! Hb4s arnt that cheap for whiter light ones. Rik if you have other leds you should go for it, theyll match up then. Maybe lower power ones so you can get away with having them on.

The main worry I have is there does not seem to be canbus H3 bulbs? I don't want to get error messages, but not sure if fogs are checked?

You may have to wire in resistors. Think there cheap on ebay. Canbus bulbs always seem to be dearer aswell
