You will get far more benefit out of a good driving course.

Learn to make the best of what you have - THEN improve it if needed.

A good suspension kit and Whiteline rear ARB will make a big difference.

Damian @ DPM Performance

yes my old fabia vrs had white line RARB on it
but i dont want to get shitty springs that are to harsh u cant drive it normally
i think these standard ones are pretty hard compared to my lowered ones on the old fabia and my current bravo

Its all well and good fitting coilovers but they will only be effective if you take the car to be corner weighted.

Ill start simple, TYRES!!!!! you can do all the hardware changes you like but if you arn't running good tyres then you are still gonna slide about.

Usualy cars like diesels will have eco tyres on them too!

no cheap eco tyres on here has reasonable performance tyres used to have bridgestones on but they wore out really quick

tbh ive just fitted a whiteline anti roll bar on the stiffest setting to my FR and handling is absolutely spot on.
get no roll in corners, excellent high speed stability and zero understeer.
best bang for buck handling mod you could do tbh.

cant see lowering doing much more as the bottom arms sit fairly horizontal on these.

atleast someone agrees here lol
where did you get your one from then and how much was it ?

Because coilover just means a coiled spring over the top of a damper.
The difference between standard coilovers and aftermarket ones is the degree of adjustability

Iam not quite sure what you are referring to?

The difference in putting a after market spring on a OEM damper is that you have the car constantly sat under load which isn't good. Its far better to have coilovers that have been designed with adjustment in mind.
