if the dent is on the edge of the boot then odds of it coming out without problems is low as dents on edges always leave a crease. the one in the centre should pull out no problems asked
Could be a job for the body repair centre. Get some kind of primer or touch up paint and just brush it on with a small tip brush to help stop the bare metal from corroding

make sure autoglass/your insurer replace anything they brake!!!!!!!!
i did not notice the damage to the boot panel earlier, looks like a bodyshop is called for but touch in for now, you never know someone might hit you up the rear in the new year while you are saving up for the bill????
