is this because i have only posted 2 times?

the way the vac is wired it goes from the front of the engine... into some sort of valve (small black and white thing) into a t piece, one end goes into a slightly lager metal valve, the other goes into another t piece which 1 end goes into the wing and the other goes to the dump valve

i live in kent - westerham would anyone local be able to check the car over for me etc. its got some of the common ibiza faults - eg door handle (lol)

If its done the normal way without using resistors you should have a feed from the top of your d/v into a T piece from there one feed going to the inlet manifold and one going to the black and white check valve then to the n112 (bronze metal valve) the other feed into your wing sounds like its for a boost gauge...

Go 3mm mate its a nice snug fit which is what you want, no need to use cable ties everywhere and less chance of popping off.

there is a thread on here somewhere with photos of engines with it done and even has the vacuum hoses marked with coloured lines done in paint. A search for n249 bypass will find it easily.

the 2 valves look the same to me (n112 n249) its just ones not connect. and the other is only connected on one nipple,

i read the other need goes into the inlet or something however in my case as you can see it dosent

From what i can see yes it looks correct could do with tidying up but correct...

the n249 is the big plastic thing that would of been there before the bypass

the n112 is the bronse coloured valve at the top left of your rocker cover...

Looks like someones tried to do the bypass but done it wrong. Theres a vac line missing from the other side of the N112. There should be a line from the SAI and Actuator but there isnt
