Have I got a K03 or a K03S?

The cars apparently running 230bhp according to the previous owner before he changed his number never to be heard off again lol, and I CHECKED the vac lines to the actuator and it has 1 vac line on the actuator NOT 2 so it is a ko3s that i have, because k03 turbos have 2 vac lines going to the actuator!

1)do all ko3s turbo's have that silencer built in to them?? thats the easiest way to see if i have a ko3s ?

no they dont all have silencer.. 8 blades on k03s vs 12 on k03 on compressor confirms

Seems I may have been wrong on the actuator ports, early K03 turbos can come with either a 65N or 85N actuator. The Ibiza Cupra uses a K03-045 with two ports, but other models use only one.

So as above, the definitive giveaway is the compressor wheel.

Then it's not running the standard Ibiza actuator and/or turbo. Is it running a silencer?

The only way you'll get a 100% definitive answer is to remove the TIP and look at the compressor wheel to see how many blades it's got but if you're believed to be running 230 BHP then my money is on a K03S.

KO3 will max out at 205-210 So if your running 230bhp deffo a ko3s
