Have you installed rear leccy windows?

Ok so my 20v Tolly came with front leccy windows only.
Got hold of rear kit, looms and switches from a V5, my question is this,has anyone modified their car in this way? (LEON or TOLLY)

does any one have:
1) a template for enlarging hole in front door card for elongated unit containing front and rear leccy switches, and mirror switch? other wise i am gonna be attempting it with a dremel and a pencil mark!

2)a photo of your rear door card so i can see where the rear switches are roughly located.

Tis a slight can of worms, pics to follow

Sam, Just about to do the same on my 1.8 20V, MAYBE even tomorrow if the weather holds out.

i believe Ste20vt has shown you some piccies of what he did today.....
not too bad a job, just need lots of fiddly bits..........some of which we dont have! DOH!!!
on a hunt for the other parts now!

gonna get scanning that manual for you ............it makes it a whole lot clearer!

Hiya Sam. Good news is i've found a 1.8 20v SE at a local breakers yard which is complete apart from a modified front end. I'm "working from home" on Tuesday so if the weather holds up i'll go and have a look at it. STE said that your missing rear looms and door cards, anything else let me know and i'll see if it's there.
