Hazards/Flasher relay location

In the MK3, where is the relay located? Is it built into the switch itself or located above the fuse strip under the driver's side.
I have searched for the specific answer both on here and the interwebs but to no avail

Needed to know to replace it for an LED relay

My hazards are fine. All indicators are fine. As mentioned, I want to replace the standard relay for an LED-friendly one. Got LED indicators all round waiting to be fit.

hazards work off fuse 21. if you have just replaced the indicator bulbs from normal filament to led there should not be a problem

Thanks mate. Just the answer I was looking for. The indicators flash normally on the hazards with 3 led bulbs in but put the 4th in and it blinks faster.

Even putting just two bulbs in with two normal bulbs blinks fine on the hazards but blinks fast while indicators are used normally.

That make sense?

same kind of problem we get with the motorbikes found putting 2 higher watt bulbs in slows the flash's down

Sorry. I misread the answer. It's not the fuse im looking for, it's the relay that controls the indicators? Can anyone tell me if it's built into the hazard switch or runs off it's own relay somewhere else. If the latter, which one?

the relay is built into the hazard switch, its easy to pop it out to have a look
