SEAT IBIZA 2009 WASHER PUMP FUSE LOCATION

I am looking for the location of the washer pump fuse in my Seat Ibiza 2009. I have researched online and it seems as though it is AUX 1 fuse 3 in the relay holder but I cannot seem to find it. I think I found the relay holder above the OBD port but I cannot seem to find any fuses there just relays. My manual is not clear at all and does not say where it is located. If anyone knows where this is or if it is a different fuse please let me know.

I though there was no fuse for washers (I call it washer) but after looking at each fuse name I found there is "clean pump" fuse. That was it. My symptoms were not working wipers though and washers.
