Headlight adjustment, which screw?

I've decided my headlights are much too low, aimed straight down at the floor instead of out in front so I need to raise them very slightly. Only trouble is the adjusters are different to the MK3, as per the attached photo (from an eBay item) which is the vertical adjuster on the Mk4, A or B?

Yes, I could just turn one and find out but the horizontal is perfect and I don't want to play with that, just raise it a little.

Anyone know please?

Just in case anyone else has the same question, the vertical adjuster is 'A' and you turn anti-clockwise to raise the beam, clockwise to lower.
