Headlight repair

My passenger Xenon headlight case is damaged, all components still work.

Is it possible to transfer these components to a halogen case?

You could try removing the entire unit, heating it, either in an oven or using a heat gun, and prizing the plastic lens cover off.

Gotta be very careful tho, too much heat and you can easily warp/damage the unit.

I have the unit apart I'm wondering if these components will fit into a halogen case, I did some more research and I don't think it's possible as there's no where on the underside of the case for parts to fit.

I require a replacement casing haven't found one, yet

Yea usually the casing are different, if you've bust the casing you'll want a new matching unit.
