headlight turn on action?

I remember I drove a car once (but not sure which one, definitely not a SEAT) which had this feature. When you turn on the headlights, it had this nice movement. Initially the lights turn on pointing down at the ground, and slowly it rises up to its original position. Its like there is a motor which is doing the rising action when turned on. And the same happens in reverse when you turn off the light. the beam goes down to the ground and turns off.

Does anyone know what this term is called? and which car has it?

thanks in advance.

cornering is another thing. What I am interested is that gimmick that car does when you switch on the ignition, or switch on the light. the lights are down pointing to the ground and there is smooth motion ( lasts 1 second ) which moves the light back up to their desired position.

I saw in some videos Seat Leon with auto leveling headlight, but that movement is just for adjusting the dipped beam level, the movement is very small..
