Headunit mounting places

I remember a thread from ages back, where people were putting pics up of the different places they had put an aftermarket headunit. Ive had a search but cant find it.

I seem to remember one guy, mounting the faceplate on the sunvisor, anyone know who that was?

i can't see how you'd mount the face plate on a sunvisor tbh

Thats not the one either

Dan, using a cable to connect the faceplate with unit

thats one long cable and i can't quite see the point of mounting it there tbh
if you want an idea what about a flip down one from the roof lining

hey, what i did was just mounted it under the steering wheel, quite hard to change tracks tho whilst driving tbh.
