heater issue

Hi
Im after some help. I have a seat leon 1p1 1.6 tdi. 2011. I have an issue with the heater. If i put it on auto, i hear the fan start up and change speed, however I'm not really noticing much change in heat. If i select the face only option and set it to hi, i can hear the fan spin but it just never feels very hot. My wife has an ibiza and its toasty in there compared to the leon. Is there something going wrong. or how do i check this. Any advice would be appreciated.

bit late to reply but could this not be a blocked heater matrix?

Just an update this issue I had turned out to be a faulty water pump. I had it changed after lots of diagnostics and it was pin pointed to the pump. Since it’s been changed it’s behaving like it used to.
