Heater matrix flush

I am going to flush my heater matrix over the weekend as it is blocked and I am getting no heat in my car well sort of like warm. I have looked online alot but can't find anywhere the inner diameter size for the pipe I need to connect to the matrix to start the flush can anyone help me. I drive a seat leon fr 2.0tdi 2014

I’m guessing 1/2” although it might be metric now?

Run some forte cooling system flush through it mate before you do it will break down the scale and crap in the matrix before the flush
