HELP: Electrical Problems

I 've got a 2001 Sport TDI, got in it this evening and my ABS light and the Traction Control light has come on, i have the Red warning light on and a buzzer sound, i have no indicators, no windscreen wipers or washers, no heated rear window. I have checked the fuses and they appear to be fine. Any ideas.

WOW never heard of this before. I doubt they would have all died at once so its perhaps a relay thats gone affecting the hole system or a shorted circuit. Does the car still run and drive ok?

Edit: Forgot to mention, not same car i know but the actual fuse box panel failing on my friends rover caused a similar problem

Car seems to run ok but don't want to push it and end up doing any damage.
