help fitting arb

hey folks just wondering if you need to drop either of the subframes/axels to fit a front and rear neuspeed anti roll bar.just got the suspension off just now so i thought i might aswell do it at the same time.

Think i've heard to subframe needs to be a little.

Getting Awesome GTI to fit mine tomorrow, along with powerflex bushes, didn't fancy doing it myself, not as brave! can't wait tho!

subframe got to come down at the front to fit it as for the rear just get the car as high as possible easy to fit

Think about disconnecting the abs sensor wire. Mine was fine when changing susp. / arbs seperately but when i removed them both in one go one of them popped off and had to be re-wired. Maybe it drops further with nowt attached, who knows.

dont suppose anyone knows if there is a guide anywhere
as im cheap and refuse to pay people to do jobs that i can do my self
