Help me find VAG COM cable please

I'm looking to get the free version of VAG COM and a cheap cable from eBay to change basic settings on my Ibiza.

But I'm a bit confused as there are so many cables on eBay.

Could anyone please give me a link to a suitable cable on eBay that comes with anything else I may need. I will then download the free VAG COM software.

That would require a coding, so the shareware version should do it.
