Help needed with sub choice!!

Hi,

I am looking for a small sub to go into my Ibiza mk.4. I would like to have a built in amp to keep it tidy.

So far I have the following three sub packages:

-Vibe Fli Active 10"
-Alpine SWD 1600
-JBL BTX250

Opinions please. Don't want something huge in my boot, just want a bit more "oomph"!!!

Would I be able to connect it to my standard Head Unit?

you can attach it to the standard head unit, but cant remember how to do it...
As for the sub and amp. i had a jbl 12 inch and LOVE it!!
But i want a JL 10" next for weight, and punch.

without prejudice i would recommend JL AUDIO W7 10 inch and a matching amp that should see a 3ohm load.
this should set off alarms as you go past with the volume cranked up.

I dont want a huge sub, just something basic, preferrably quite compact with built in amp

I'd say go for a JL 10w3 and a compact amp of some type.

The things you've mentioned will all give you a bit more bass but it won't sound great.

It's really down to budget and exactly what you're after in terms of sound.
