Help! P0688 fault code

Can anyone help and tell me what this fault code means please

ECM power relay load circuit j271
Could be faulty relay or fuse for the ECM (engine control module)

Is there any layouts around so I can locate these nice and easy?

The car will struggle to start and all the dash lights will flicker but it does fire up and stay running, really hoping it is a simple fix like a fuse

Or having a think could be your Maff playing up too!

Can the maf cause this code? I thought maybe my battery is a duffer but really not sure, that or wiring maybe

Does your battery go flat by any chance?

No never goes flat, pretty puzzling, do you know where the relays located and I'll start from there, also some times the key fob fails to lock the car when it plays up
