I Changed my turbo the other day an since then cars smoking worse then was before. i brought turbo off a former member who had it on car for a few miles an snapped a rod, i sent turbo to be checked an get given all clear by cr turbos an sent me it back, have fitted to car an now im getting smoke worse on idle then did with old turbo. called cr turbo an they told me to check drain hose from turbo as may be blocked. also told me to check the system that controls the vapours that go into tip but have blocked tip an disconnected from system an still not got a clue. has anyone had same sort of problem. cr turbo said if send to them will check it again but they said checked before an turbo was in good condition, its only doing it on idle an when reving get no oil through turbo
anyone got any other things could check as dont fancy spending another few hours removinng an refitting the turbo on my own
also my lcr is a 210 version but the turbo i took off was a k04 23 an was told should be a k04 22. please help as cars driving me mad
