Help seat ibiza cupra steering wheel stiff

Hiya everyone I've got this lovely seat ibiza cupra dsg 1.4
I had it for the past 5 month
Is been 3 weeks on my way back from work
I had an steering wheel and exclamation mark on the dash board and steering was stiff couldn't move it turn engine off back on was fine only for 5 mins went back again stiff
I took it to the garage they coudnt figure out what was the problem they told me to get a new steering pump i got that and still didn't work is been 3 weeks car is been in the garage widout them knowing what's the problem any of use know what it could be please I'll be very thankful

My wife's Ibiza MY21 suffered this one morning. It would not turn at all, car was switched of for a few minutes then it worked ok. That led me to believe it was electrical, so a control unit issue or bug in the software. Has not done it since.

Yeah the 1st day i switched it off and it worked but the next day was stiff they checked sensors changed steering pump still no changes
