Help sourcing stuff

Hi guys,

I have a 1996 1.4 Ibiza SE. Was wondering if anyone knows of any places in the Nottingham area where I could get a set of -40mm springs and dampers and a full exhaust system with an oval tip. Cant seem to find any good places in yellow pages. Or if anyone knows of any websites I should look at.
