Jack up each corner and check for any play/movement in any of the wheels, similar thing happened with an old car of mine and it turned out to be a busted bolt that meant the hub was allowed to move toe at will. Very dangerous but hard to notice until the car was jacked and the weight was off the wheel

Well, I didn't get new tyres from ATS so I bit the bullet and bought 4 khumo ku39. Got the lot fitted for £400 at protyre in glocs.
Lo and behold the friggin rumbling and rocking started again as soon as I got on the motorway. So, it's not the tyres, that's for certain. Pretty sure it's not the alloys either as they have been checked about 10 times now.
One thing though, it seems to be getting worse and I think it's a binding issue. Coming up the motorway earlier and it got intolerable but at its worst I could feel the resistance when driving along, the revs dropped ever so slightly and the car slowed. Put the car in neutral and coasted and could feel it slowing down.
So, going to book it in with the dealers next week and not accept it back until they find the problem.
Only trouble is, I've now got a brand new set of Pirelli p zero rosso, khumo ku39 and 3 sets of alloys!

I can feel it at low speed but now it's coming to the fore I'm hoping it will be easier to diagnose. It's definitely worse at motorway speeds but I think that's because the heat build up is higher.
Forgot to mention that after stopping outside the house I felt the discs and the rear were proper hot, I mean really hot.

Sounds like your rear brake calipers have seized had something similar with my Audi A3 3.2 Quattro last year. Worst on the motorway because at higher speeds the binding on the rear discs causes more heat which results in the disc expanding making it worse and you get a juddering coming through the chassis. You will probably notice a big reduction in MPG also.
With normal driving the rear brakes should remain reasonably cool in comparison to the fronts, with mine you could feel the heat radiating from the rears without touching them.
My calipers were seized so badly couldnt get them to wind back in at my mates garage with a large breaker bar and ended up having to replace with new calipers. Was quite cool seeing the fitment list on the box for the new discs with Lamborghini as well as Audi listed (320mm on the rears).

Just had the brakes checked and all ok. I think this could be an electrical problem. I had the ESP and tyre pressure light on a while ago when all this started but seat cleared the fault ad said the cars yaw sensor thought the car was in a spin after it was badly adjusted by ATS.
It feels a bit like all the brakes are being applied for a split second.
Going to book it in to blade seat in glos next week an see what they say.

Disconnecting battery did nothing so took the car to blade seat. Me and the tech went for a drive and he witnessed the vibrating/wobbling.
They kindly lent me a set of wheels to finally rule out the wheels and it's still the same and getting worse.
Spoke to the Mazda dealer I bought it off and he fobbed me off with a line of the warranty only covers breakages due to manufacturers defects and basically said that a wheel would have to fall off for it to be looked at under warranty.
Seat want to strip the car and maybe change the bearings but I can't afford to spend anymore on the car, so far it's cost me over £1k in wheels and over £400 in trying to get to the bottom of it.
Really p'd off with the car now as its dangerous to drive on the motorway. Feel sorry for you mate, sounds like an absolute nightmare!
I would definitely do what you said in so far as giving them another chance. I'd even go in and say now is your chance before i contact (whoever), and i believe i have a case under the sales of goods act. Also the car isnt fit for purpose, you cannot drive the car as you should be able to and therefore it is not fit and you should either have it repaired or changed.
Keep going with it! The garage will fob you off and hope you'll go back to your hole and keep quiet. Make sure you speak to dealer principle if your salesman won't help. My parents had an issue with an X5 they purchased from BMW, they couldnt fix the problem, even though was under warranty, and refused to change the car. Dad sent a stroppy letter to dealer principle, and BMW UK, stating sales of goods and the fit for purpose and they got a full refund, i do think they were very lucly however!

Absolutely sickening when you come accross an issue that never ends like this. Have you tried getting it checked over at an Mot preliminary test centre. Let their computers put it through its paces to see if it picks up on anything. They should be able to put each corner under pressure that mechanics can not.
My subframe became unaligned after a bump with a kerb, car felt very unstable, has this been checked?
I've had problems with garages before, seek help from consumer direct and they'll tell you how to proceed, if Mazda refuse to repair you have every right to hand the car back and get the finance void.

Well, it's still not sorted.
Called the dealer numerous times and felt I was getting fobbed off. Kept getting the reply of "warranty only covers...blah blah blah".
Seat want to carry on (they have been great throughout all this) but I'm not willing to pay any more out on the car, I'm already £1500 down by now.
So, Mazda tell me to drive the car up to Grimsby on Friday night when I finish work in Gloucester and take the tech out for a drive. The trip to Grimsby would take 4 hours at that time so I'll be at Grimsby by 10pm and then I've still got another 3 hours back to Wigan. I tell them to stuff that, the warranty is a national one and not a point of sale one, a big reason why I chose the car.
Bloke infers that I'm being unreasonable and they are doing everything they can, this is nearly 2 weeks after reporting the fault, they've done nothing of any worth so far.
Then he tells me to get it AA/RAC checked (at my cost). I tell him I'm rejecting the car due to it not being "fit for purpose". Phone goes dead.
I take it negotiations have ended so I start drafting a letter of rejection then 2 hours later the phone rings. Dealer is willing to pay for inspection.
By now my wife refuses to drive or travel in the car and won't let me take the kids in it. God knows what will happen if the inspector doesn't find the fault (if seat can't find it then I doubt this fellow will too, but you never know).
On top of all that the exhaust has started to blow at the back box too. Not told the dealer this yet and forgot to tell him that the aux input didn't work and Bluetooth kept failing too, I've bought a new aftermarket radio for the car, that's another £250 down the drain!
I hate the car now, I've got no confidence in it and it's turned into a money-pit. These tyres have done about 500 miles so far, we'll see how much longer they last.

Mate i feel your pain but just reject the bloody thing move on and find a replacement , do this before it's too late for you to do it.
Trust me even if it's repaired you will always be checking listening for every noise under the sun , trust me I have been there !
There are loads of cars out there just reject it and find another one the wheels and stereo won't be a waste of money just fit them to your next car.

I'm going to watch this with interest...if I leave my car sat for more than 2 days, I get a vibration throughout the whole car. I'm wondering if my rear caliper is sticking and take awhile to release fully if the handbrake on whilst parked. When I changed my rear discs and pads the shop mentioned that the rear n/s was sticking, but wound in ok and to keep an eye on it. I thought it was my tyres and alloys, have had them balance serveral times, eventhough I do have a buckled one, which will be fix soon.

I'm already looking at vw sciroccos and Honda type s. don't think I'll go for another seat but you never know. Just sickened by this one. With the money I've wasted I could have got a 10 plate car with no worries.

Nah mate, I ended up giving the car back and getting 61 reg cr fr.
Really pleased with it but even this isn't perfect and has the dreaded motorway wobble that other people are experiencing.
I should have just got a focus or something.
Leons are like an addiction for me, I love the way they look. Literally, there could be a Porsche or McLaren F1 but if there's a Leon with the btcc kit on I won't even notice the others.
