I have a Leon cupra R wiv a hesitation problem, or holding bak wen you put your foot down. So far I've changed the coil packs, maf sensor and n75 an its a bit better but still not pulling as hard as it should. Previous owner told me its had a stage 1 map and would expect more out of it then wot I'm gettin... Any ideas would b appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I think its a forge diverter valve on there. I'm afraid I'm still learning about this sorta thing yet LOL

Could be that, there is a service kit available from forge as there was an issue with the piston, either that or could be a possable boost leak, ie split hose somewhere

Old piston left and new piston right, this caused an issue with mine as now its changed it holds boost better

Hi welcome to the forum. Check all the PCV and vacuum pipes for splits. Common problem and will cause all sorts of rough running issues. Pay special attention to maze of pipes around the inlet manifold.

Okay thanks for gettin bak. I'll look into it an see wot I can do. I did speak to someone else and the also said possibly a boost leak. Wen it pulls thru the hesitation it flys but jus annoying more than anythin

Hi, thanks. Okay ill check those aswel. Is a rite maze by the inlet manifold. My mate has done away wiv most of that on his Ibiza turbo so also somethin else to look into. Wots your car had done to it?

Had a rod fail which went through the block a couple of months back  I've got a low mileage block though which is being rehoned and then i'm fitting uprated rods/pistons/bearings etc . Then i'll have her back on the road and be able to drive her hard without any worries of another rod deciding it's had enough. Probably going to fit a bigger turbo at some point, but just going to bolt my K03s back on for now.
