help with door cards

how do i remove my door cards to replace speakers, and where is the best place to wire in a aux cable adaptor to put a subwoofer in, i know this isnt the best way but i dont want to change my headunit.

A word of warning. Your door handles will squeek like buggery once you remove the outer cover. seems that the moulding never quite seats properly once they've been removed. Mine bug the hell out of me.
