Help with number plate bulbs please lads!

Have gotten a new aftermarket rear bumper.. What do you guys think; Buy new "lighthouses", or just use the shabby old ones with LED's?

Hi i have the same problem on my 2012 Seat Leon Copa, but cant find the fuse. Where abouts is it? i looked in the fuse box to the right of the steering wheel. But all 5A fuses were intact. Baffled is there another fuse box somewhere?
