Help with wing mirrors

Hi, just signed up to this website as I need some help.

My car is a seat leon fr 2013. I have an issue with the passenger side wing mirror. The actual mirrow faces to the ground as if in some sort of park mode. I cant get it back to normal. Anyone had this before?
