HIDs Flikering?

Hi people

Dont know if anyone will now the answer to this but here we go.

Well i fitted some 8000k HIDs i brought from america a few months ago. They are fine and would recommend them to anyone but i have noticed when sitting in traffic they flicker. It seems to be only once and doesnt happen very often. When i fitted them i had a wiring harness (uses power form the battery) included in the box which you have the choice to use and i didnt, i just used the original power that went to the original bulbs. Do you think this could be my problem?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Happens to me to, only happens within the first 5-10mins of being switched on. After that they are fine.

Both bulbs? I had this when I had a set in the early days of HID upgrades it turned out to be a bulb.

Yep, it happens to both, has done since day 1. I've had mine for about 10 months now.

Yer it seems to be both on mine to. Doesnt really bother me as i doesnt happen often but just wondered if i wired them up using this separate wiring harness it would stop it.

it happens to me too, but doesnt bother me either i thought its lust what they do :S

I didn't get a harness with mine, i just used the original bulb connections for the power.
